Our administrative practice includes representation of clients in matters before state and federal environmental agencies, the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation, the Florida Department of Revenue, the Florida Department of Financial Services, and the Florida Department of Health. A significant portion of our practice is devoted to the healthcare arena - defending health care professionals in licensure matters and advising health care providers regarding Medicaid, insurance, and other regulatory matters.
